After graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science and international studies in 1993, Heather went to work for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office for six years. Heather then went back to law school in 1997 and received her Juris Doctorate Degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2001. She was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in October 2001.
